QA Analyst - Specialist

Description

We are looking for a QA Analyst \- Specialist focused on test automation using Robot Framework to ensure the quality of high-impact applications and services, guaranteeing stability, performance, and a consistent user experience. This role requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to design scalable, easily maintainable automation suites. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your activities:** * Plan, create, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and backend applications. * Develop and maintain test automation suites using Robot Framework. * Create custom keywords and reusable libraries for automated tests. * Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution, prioritizing by impact. * Validate REST/GraphQL API integrations and authentication flows via automation. * Participate in code reviews and in defining the team's quality standards. * Perform automated regression, performance, and usability testing. * Collaborate with backend, mobile, AI, product, and design teams to ensure business-aligned deliveries. * Configure and maintain automated test pipelines integrated into CI/CD. * Contribute to a continuous quality culture and to the evolution of the team's automation strategy. **Expected profile:** * Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues for diverse audiences. * Strong sense of ownership over delivery quality. * Ability to convert business requirements into efficient test scenarios. * Active collaboration and focus on continuous delivery. * Experience with agile methodologies. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and experience:** * Solid experience in test automation with Robot Framework. * Knowledge of Python for creating custom keywords and libraries. * Experience in automated testing of REST/GraphQL APIs (e.g., RequestsLibrary or similar). * Knowledge of mobile test automation (Android and/or iOS) with Robot Framework (e.g., AppiumLibrary). * Experience with test and bug management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar). * Experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines. * Quality standards and automation best practices applied in agile environments. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience testing solutions involving AI/LLM components. * Knowledge of performance and load testing (e.g., JMeter, k6\). * Integrations with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Firebase). **Additional information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
