Description
nstech is the largest technology and software platform for logistics and supply chain in Latin America. It connects the entire transportation chain — shippers, carriers, brokers, and drivers — within a single digital ecosystem to make operations more efficient, secure, and cost-effective.
KMM is part of this ecosystem, offering solutions focused on transport management, logistics operations, and process integration, helping companies gain efficiency, control, and predictability. Here, we seek people who want to learn, build, and create impact in a market essential to the country.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
We are looking for a professional who works autonomously, pays attention to detail, and embraces an AI-First mindset: someone who deeply understands business rules to ensure flawless, operationally error-free deliveries. This role involves daily quality assurance and ongoing support for modules of our TMS, requiring strong communication with the development team, proactivity, and a customer experience focus.
**What You Will Do:**
* Analyze business requirements and user stories to plan, create, and execute detailed manual test cases (functional, regression, UI, and integration).
* Ensure system stability by validating bug fixes (retesting) and maintaining up-to-date documentation of test scenarios, test data sets, and learned business rules — continuously feeding the team’s QA knowledge base.
* Identify, log, and track bugs clearly and thoroughly (step-by-step reproduction instructions, expected vs. actual behavior, and supporting evidence).
* Actively participate in the team’s agile ceremonies, bringing the quality perspective from the very beginning of tasks.
* Support the identification of testing process improvements and collaborate with the team to enhance efficiency.
* Use AI tools daily to accelerate test case creation, business rule analysis, and documentation — always applying critical judgment to outputs.
**Expected Behavioral Profile:**
* **Act swiftly on known issues** — do not wait for someone else to notice a blocker or for a bug to reach production before taking action.
* **Ask for help before wasting time**: know that aligning a question with a developer or Product Manager is more efficient than independently deducing a complex business rule.
* **Understand the impact of your work**: recognize that a flaw in a calculation or workflow could halt a carrier’s operations, and act with focus on mitigating such risks.
* **Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail**: do not test only the "happy path"; possess analytical curiosity to explore edge cases and propose improvements.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Mandatory:**
* Solid hands-on experience executing manual functional, exploratory, integrated, and regression tests on web systems.
* Strong ability to learn and deeply understand complex business rules, even with limited available documentation.
* Strong written communication skills to clearly report defects to the technical team.
* Basic knowledge of API validation (Postman, Insomnia) for integration testing.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases (SQL) for queries and data validation.
* Experience with test and bug management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp or similar) and agile methodologies.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior practical experience in logistics or freight transportation (TMS, freight ERPs, fleet or warehouse systems) — the most valued differentiator for this role.
* Practical experience creatively applying AI in the testing workflow (e.g., generating test scenarios and datasets, log analysis, documentation support, etc.).
* Theoretical knowledge or practical interest in learning test automation (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium).
**Benefits**
* Health insurance with co-payment and possibility of including dependents, per current policy.
* Dental plan, with free choice among available plans.
* Meal voucher.
* Wellhub/Gympass.
* Zenklub: two monthly consultations at no cost.
* Life insurance at no cost.
* Funeral assistance at no cost.
