Martin Engineering is a company specializing in material handling and dust control solutions. Focused on innovation, it offers products and services that enhance efficiency and safety in industrial operations. **Responsibilities:** Ensure efficient supply of both production and non-production inputs, as well as services used by the organization. Conduct quotations, market research, and analysis of commercial terms. Develop suppliers. Improve and optimize procurement processes. Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery time. Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries (follow\-up). Assist in managing non-conformances and returns with suppliers. Internally update product and service pricing according to negotiated agreements. Monitor departmental KPIs and propose improvement actions and cost reduction initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and compliance policies. Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
