Through our dedication to software development excellence, we steer Minerva Foods toward a technologically advanced and operationally efficient future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, execute, and monitor projects across all phases; * Develop schedules, action plans, executive presentations, and status reports; * Monitor and support activity execution in collaboration with involved departments, fostering alignment and continuous communication among stakeholders; * Identify risks and propose mitigation plans; * Participate in meetings with technical teams, internal customers, and external partners; * Conduct follow-up routines with cross-functional teams; * Support the structuring and continuous improvement of the area’s project management processes; * Use project management tools (MS Project and Jira) for progress tracking and reporting. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in project management; * Knowledge of project management methodologies, both traditional (PMBOK) and agile (Scrum, Kanban); * Proficiency in Microsoft Project; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, charts, analysis); * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to lead meetings, align stakeholders, and prepare executive documents; * Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities; * Skill in creating executive materials and status presentations for various organizational levels (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools). **Desirable:** * Project management certifications; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience using AI tools; * Experience in digital transformation, innovation, or system implementation projects; * Extracurricular or extension courses in project management, agile methodologies, or process management.
