Job Summary: Senior Project Analyst with SAP expertise to plan, monitor, and control master data implementation and support activities. Key Highlights: 1. Mapping current and future processes and proposing improvements in master data management We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst with SAP expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor, and control activities related to master data implementation and support within the SAP project. * Act as the focal point between business areas and the technical team for defining, creating, reviewing, and standardizing Material, Customer, and Vendor master records. * Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of master data throughout the entire project lifecycle. * Develop and track schedules, action plans, and KPIs related to Master Data deliverables. * Map current (AS IS) and future (TO BE) processes, proposing improvements related to master data management. * Define, document, and validate business rules, policies, and criteria for master record creation and maintenance. * Coordinate data cleansing, enrichment, and standardization of legacy databases. * Support the development of functional specifications related to master data objects. * Validate data load files, consistency checks, and migration results. * Monitor unit tests, system integration tests (SIT), user acceptance tests (UAT), and cutover activities related to master data objects. * Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts related to Master Data deliverables and propose mitigation plans. * Lead progress meetings with involved stakeholders, documenting decisions, open items, and action plans. * Support training for key users on SAP master data registration processes. * Ensure compliance with Data Governance practices and corporate master data policies. * Collaborate with SAP consulting firms, business teams, IT, integration, migration, and testing teams. * Monitor master data quality indicators (Data Quality) and propose corrective actions when required. * Support Go-Live and the Hypercare period by resolving master data inconsistencies. **Desired Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. * Knowledge of Master Data Governance (MDG) is considered a plus. * Knowledge of MM, SD, and BP (Business Partner) modules. * Knowledge of ETL and data validation is considered a plus. ***100% on-site work in Campinas – Swiss Park location** Compensation: R$8.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
