Job Summary: Professional responsible for delivering project outputs, analyzing budgets, identifying risks, mitigating challenges, utilizing project management tools, and reviewing project documents. Key Highlights: 1. Project budget analysis and control 2. Project risk identification and mitigation 3. Project documentation and performance management **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare customized project deliverables; conduct budget analysis, including expenditures to date and comparison against the planned budget; identify risks and challenges, as well as the strategies adopted to mitigate them; * Utilize project management tools: Microsoft Project, WF (workflow) * Review project documents, such as the project plan, schedules, and budgets. * Compare current project performance against the planned baseline to identify deviations and understand their root causes. * Prepare project management documents. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering * Advanced proficiency in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office suite) * Advanced knowledge of SAP; * Knowledge of Project Management (scope, cost, schedule); * Basic knowledge of oil and derivatives logistics is desirable.
