Guide operators, ensuring adherence to pace, quality, and productivity standards. Review daily production and quality reports. Detect and correct process deviations. Plan, coordinate, and size work demands, ensuring targets are met. Ensure technical sheets and production records are properly completed. Supervise registrations. Establish interactions with other departments and provide parts for approval. Maintain equipment, requesting repairs whenever necessary, among other responsibilities.
