(Near LUPO) **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in this role is a plus * Own vehicle (motorcycle) \- a plus * Must reside nearby: Maracanaú, Pacatuba, Maranguape, or areas of Fortaleza close to the company. **Benefits:** * On-site meals * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks * Basic food basket * Fuel allowance * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Assemble and finish plastic products coming from the injection department. * Sort defective parts (out-of-spec color, filling). * Package finished products and send them to inventory. * Assist in the shipping process by loading products and raw materials onto trucks. * Assist in cargo handling. * When requested, perform deliveries, supporting the driver on routes. * Complete production forms. * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations and procedures.
