Procurement and Import Analyst

Job Summary: Manage domestic and international procurement processes, strategically negotiate with suppliers, and ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Market analysis and support for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage domestic and international procurement processes, ensuring adequate supply of materials and products in accordance with the company's established cost, quality, and delivery standards. * Administer and develop the portfolio of domestic and international manufacturers and suppliers already approved and represented by the organization. * Conduct strategic negotiations involving pricing, delivery timelines, order volumes, payment terms, and commercial contracts. * Perform market, cost, foreign exchange fluctuation, lead time, and supplier performance analyses to support decision-making. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire supply chain flow, including shipments, import procedures, customs clearance, and deliveries. * Collaborate closely with Logistics, Finance, Tax, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities and supplier performance. * Support cost reduction initiatives, margin improvement, and enhancement of the company's competitiveness. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, compliance requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory standards. * Prepare and present managerial reports and strategic analyses to leadership. * Attend trade fairs, technical visits, and supplier meetings as required. * Perform other related duties as directed by management. **Required Competencies and Skills** * Commercial analysis and negotiation. * Analytical ability and systemic vision. * Clear, objective, and assertive communication (verbal and written). * Planning, organization, and priority management. * Supplier and contract management. * Data-driven decision-making. * Cost management and performance indicators (KPIs). * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration. * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and results orientation. * Ethics, integrity, and confidentiality in handling information. **Desirable Competencies** * Strategic vision of Supply Chain and supply chain management. * Ability to operate effectively in complex, dynamic, and multicultural environments. * Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement. * Cultural adaptability for negotiation and relationship management with international suppliers.
