If you thrive in a fast-paced, accelerating environment, embrace optimistic commitment, and enjoy transforming challenges into opportunities, we want to meet you! * On-site position in Curitiba, PR **Responsibilities:** * Proactively prospect cold leads according to department strategy, researching basic information (phone number, names of responsible parties, CNPJ, website, etc.); * Build prospecting lists containing the maximum amount of information gathered through research; * Contact prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels, as defined by department strategy; * Conduct initial conversations to identify prospects’ needs and challenges, establishing connection and rapport; * Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (Closers); * Log all interactions in the CRM in an organized and up-to-date manner; * Use outreach scripts and adapt language according to the lead’s profile; * Actively participate in alignment meetings, trainings, role-plays, and feedback sessions with the team and leadership; * Support and mentor junior BDRs by sharing best practices; **Competencies:** * Experience in pre-sales (prospecting); * Ability to synthesize, persuade, and influence; * Skill in applying interest triggers and calls to action; * Proficiency in handling objections and active listening; * Discipline and focus; * Resilience and sense of urgency; * Results-oriented mindset. **Here’s more—there’s plenty of great stuff!** * Fixed salary + uncapped commission * Health insurance plan with co-payment (extendable to dependents) * Dental insurance plan * Gym membership plan with TotalPass * Partnerships with universities and English-language schools * Birthday DayOff * On-site parking * Working hours: Monday to Friday
