Therefore, we invite you to explore this new development opportunity: **PORTO REAL \- Distribution Coordinator** Opening Date: 26/02/2026 Application Deadline: 05/03/2026 Work Location: Porto Real \- RJ **Position Responsibilities:** Manage the team and workplace environment; Control assets used in the Distribution area (vehicles, mobile phones, trolleys, etc.); Conduct client visits and accompany the Distribution team on routes, completing the checklist to identify improvement opportunities; Monitor, train, and evaluate the performance of the delivery team; Supervise and guide activities carried out by the team, and monitor delivery operations; Visit clients, proactively engaging in continuous improvement and delivery efficiency; Hold alignment meetings with the Commercial team to address key client gaps; Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Desired Experience** Experience required in Transportation and Distribution; Leadership experience with teams and people management skills focused on results. * **Technical Knowledge:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP required; Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and driving experience required. * **Interpersonal Competencies:** Planning, organization, resilience, agility, ownership mindset, and sense of urgency.
