We are looking for a professional to work in the **PCP** area within a **starch industry**, contributing to the organization, planning, and efficiency of production processes. **Key responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and control production; * Monitor production orders and deadlines; * Analyze productive capacity and demand; * Control raw material and input inventories; * Generate performance reports and indicators; * Interface with production, procurement, and logistics departments. **Requirements:** * Experience in PCP (preferably in industrial settings); * Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP); * Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset; * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
