It’s truly amazing to be part of Minalba Brasil. **Shall we move forward together?** If you identify with this profile and wish to join our company, come work with us! **Key responsibilities include**: * Supporting the PCM (Planning and Maintenance Control) in administrative activities. * Developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Managing indicators such as work order execution, MTBR, and MTTR. * Scheduling and tracking work orders. * Assisting with instrument calibration and procedure reviews. * Supporting departmental reporting and controls. **Job Requirements:** * Completed high school education (maintenance-related courses preferred). * Experience in maintenance (industrial, automotive, etc.). * Proficiency in Excel; SAP knowledge is desirable. * Responsible, focused, and proactive profile. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: R$ 2.814,52; * Overtime pay. **Benefits:** * Chartered transportation for cities in the region (Águas, Avaré, Cerqueira, Iaras, Manduri); * Meal allowance: R$243; * On-site cafeteria; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Gas allowance; * Gym Pass; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Childcare allowance: R$250; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
