The **Destro Group** is seeking a **Payroll Analyst** to join its Human Resources team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in labor-related processes, this is the ideal opportunity to work in a strategic and essential area of the company.
**JOB MISSION**
Execute payroll processes with excellence, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and guaranteeing accurate and timely payments to employees.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, People Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency;
* Proven experience in payroll routines;
* Experience in Payroll Tax Relief will be considered a plus.
* Communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, and commitment are key competencies for this role.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Perform payroll calculations, termination settlements, supplementary terminations, vacation pay, and 13th salary;
* Ensure proper adherence to labor laws and statutory deadlines;
* Calculate and process union dues and child support payments;
* Process and verify ancillary obligations such as eSocial and DIRF;
* Support control of labor charges, benefits, and administrative HR routines;
* Maintain updated information and reports, ensuring data reliability.
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
