As a **Property Manager**, you will be responsible for: Managing, organizing, and controlling all property operations, including human resources, budgets, condominium assemblies, operational processes, investments and improvements, third-party contracts, utilities, finance, mandatory documentation, and computerized systems. Planning and controlling budget forecasts. Ensuring a sound financial position for the building while safeguarding full functionality of services provided, respecting quality, deadlines, and cost. Reviewing and releasing condominium financial reporting folders for submission to the syndic (condominium manager) and board members. Managing physically and financially all investments and construction projects approved at assemblies. Ensuring operational excellence in Property Management, contributing to customer satisfaction within deadlines, quality standards, and at the lowest possible cost. Efficiently allocating human, technical, and material resources within your team. Verifying proper functioning of building equipment and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance execution. Establishing trust-based relationships with syndics, owners, and occupants. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven prior experience as an Operations Manager or similar role. * Experience managing teams and leading people. * Track record in designing, optimizing, and monitoring processes. * Proficiency in operational performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis. * Experience in large-scale construction projects and Triple A commercial condominium management. * Degree in Engineering or related fields.
