Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager with solid experience in Facilities Management to lead teams and contracts, and ensure operational excellence across multiple sites. Strategic engagement focused on results and quality **We are looking for an Operations Manager with strong Facilities Management experience to lead contracts, teams, and ensure operational excellence across multiple sites.** Requirements: Key Responsibilities Manage supervisors and teams (approximately 400 employees); Work both on-site and remotely across approximately 100 locations; Administer contracts and monitor financial performance (budget); Ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs; Prepare management reports; Oversee cleaning, reception, front desk, and security services; Optimize resources and maintain quality standards; Read technical drawings (hydraulic, electrical, and air conditioning); Implement new projects; Support commercial proposals through technical visits and scope assessments; Collaborate closely with the commercial team and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. People Management Develop and implement training programs; Evaluate performance and provide feedback; Ensure compliance with labor legislation; Promote occupational health and safety; Maintain a positive organizational climate; Encourage diversity and inclusion. ✅ Prerequisites Completed undergraduate degree; Postgraduate degree in Facilities, Business Management, Project Management, or Administration is desirable; Minimum 12 years of experience in Facilities management; Proven experience managing large teams and multiple contracts.
