Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Direct involvement in industrial improvement projects; * Support in developing action plans; * Productivity data analysis; * Monitoring of *Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE);* * Updating equipment *Dashboards.* **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Production Engineering, Administration, Pharmacy, or Chemistry; * Availability to work for up to two years, fully on-site in Itapira/SP; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day; * Knowledge of Excel and Power BI is a plus; * Basic/intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
