Then, **this position is your next starring role!** **Location**: São Paulo \- Capital **Availability**: Flexible hours, including weekends **Your mission**: Coordinate our cinema operations with excellence, lead people, ensure customer delight, and guarantee smooth functioning across all departments (box office, concession stand, cleaning, and projection). If you are the kind of person who sees opportunities in challenges and has a spark in your eyes for making things happen, we want you on our team! **Requirements for your role on the team:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Commercial Management, Managerial Processes, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Solid experience in **team leadership and operational management**. * Availability to work various shifts and on weekends (our biggest successes happen on these days!). * Analytical, communicative, and hands-on profile. **Standout differentiators:** * Experience in retail, entertainment, or food service. * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and audit/control routines.
