Job Summary: Perform cleaning and maintenance services for surfaces, enclosed areas, and courtyards, including waste segregation and use of standard operating procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion Perform cleaning and maintenance services for surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture, utensils, and machines — externally and de-energized), enclosed areas, and courtyards. Collect and segregate waste, dilute cleaning products, and perform all tasks using provided standard tools and operating procedures. 1\. Sort cleaning equipment, products, and materials; 2\. Assess the type of surface to be cleaned, degree of soiling, and type of dirt; 3\. Clean furniture and utensils, curtains, and blinds; 4\. Maintain machines under your responsibility in good working condition for service execution; 5\. Remove dirt, wash, sweep, wax, mop, dry surfaces, and vacuum dust from floors, walls, and ceilings in both enclosed and open areas; 6\. Restock disposable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, cups, soaps, and sanitizing solutions; 7\. Clean glass and mirrors; 8\. Collect, package, and segregate waste according to its generator group; 9\. Collect soiled linens and perform bed making; 10\. Dilute cleaning products; 11\. Use diluted cleaning products via dispensers; 12\. Perform simple movement of small furniture; 13\.
