**Job Description**
Development, review, and management of documents such as PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, and Regulatory Standards (NRs).
Structuring and delivering mandatory training (NRs, onboarding, DDS, SIPAT) and awareness initiatives.
Ensuring strict control over ASOs, periodic medical examinations, and adherence to the legally mandated medical examination schedule.
Monitoring and handling CATs (Work Accident Communication Forms), ensuring agility and compliance throughout the process.
Ensuring proper use and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE).
Collaborating with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), attending meetings and supporting action management.
Supporting and actively participating in the organization and execution of SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention).
Assisting in the development, monitoring, and implementation of internal Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs.
Monitoring occupational health indicators and proposing preventive actions.
Maintaining up-to-date records of legal documents in the OHS area (e.g., NR-1, NR-7, etc.).
**Essential Requirements**
Technical course in Occupational Safety.
Previous experience in this role.
