Night doorman

Description

We are hiring a Night Doorman to work in a commercial building, performing access control, attending residents, and supporting site security during nighttime hours. Main responsibilities: * Controlling entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers; * In-person, telephone, and intercom attendance; * Registering and authorizing visitors; * Monitoring surveillance cameras and building movements; * Receiving packages and correspondence; * Patrols and supporting building security; * Recording incidents and assisting residents. Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment; * Basic computer knowledge; * Availability for night shifts. Work schedule: * Night shift rotation; * 12x36 schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
