The analyst will be responsible for developing the technical knowledge of the Technical Support team, using learning methodologies such as artificial intelligence tools and high-impact audiovisual resources. **Main responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor the strategic schedule of in-person, virtual, and hybrid trainings for the operation. * Develop and update advanced learning paths, high-performance onboarding programs, and mandatory or product refresher training actions. * Create and manage control reports and complex dashboards with area performance indicators, measuring metrics such as TRC (Content Retention Rate), CSAT, and calculating the ROI of training actions. * Ensure the management and continuous updating of UC platforms and internal control systems (CRM). * Perform consultative follow-ups with requesting areas, internal facilitators (supervisors), and participants. * Support the organization of internal events, workshops, and engagement actions focused on culture and development. * Propose and implement continuous improvements and disruptive innovations in support processes and area organization. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Higher Education * Experience in the ERP segment * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role * Excellent oratory skills and ease of speaking in public, with strong engagement and didactic capabilities **Desirable:** * Proficiency in creating corporate presentations, using tools such as Canvas, Google Slides, and PowerPoint. * Skills with Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar) for time optimization and creation of didactic content * Knowledge in handling and editing videos for the creation of knowledge pills and asynchronous trainings. **Additional information** Flexible Benefit/VR: R$ 45.00 per business day.
