Job Summary: A professional responsible for designing, developing, and monitoring mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards and pursuing continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Mechanical systems design and development 2. Monitoring and optimization of machines and equipment 3. Focus on technical standards and continuous improvement * Design technical projects for mechanical systems (machines, motors, components). * Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor). * Calculate stresses, dimensions, materials, and production costs. * Evaluate material strength, heat transfer, and fluid behavior. * Perform simulations to predict mechanical system performance. * Monitor assembly, testing, and commissioning of machines and equipment. * Ensure installations comply with technical standards and quality requirements. * Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Implement continuous improvement systems (e.g., TPM or Lean Manufacturing).
