




Job Summary: A marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns, manage digital communication and branding, and monitor results for a Civil Construction company. Key Highlights: 1. Social media administration, blogs, and digital marketing strategies Our client is a Civil Construction company operating in the northern region of Mato Grosso State, recognized for developments across various sectors including logistics, agribusiness, and diverse construction projects. * Campaign planning and execution: develop promotional materials and campaigns for online and offline media. * Market research and analysis: study consumer behavior, identify opportunities, and evaluate ROI of initiatives. * Communication and brand management: oversee company channels, ensure consistent visual identity and positioning. * Digital marketing: administer social media, blogs, digital content, and strategies for organic and paid traffic. * Events and promotional activities: support organization of trade fairs, exhibitions, and internal events (training sessions, team-building activities). * Production of institutional materials: create graphics, manuals, guides, newsletters, and internal announcements. * Performance monitoring: track metrics, generate reports, and propose strategic improvements. * Agency relationship management: attend briefing meetings, review and approve created content and creative assets. * Marketing automation: suggest, review, and approve materials for automated campaigns. Requirements: * Education: Completed High School or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields; Courses and Tools: Preferred training in social media and paid traffic, plus Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. * * Driver's License + Content planning and creation for the construction company’s institutional and commercial social media accounts, as well as those of its projects. + Management of digital profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including text production and strategic interaction with followers. + Monitoring of performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, and follower growth). + Support for real estate launch campaigns, promotional activities, and events, in collaboration with marketing, sales, and design teams. + Analysis of trends and audience behavior to continuously improve digital strategies. + Safeguarding the brand image and positioning across all digital channels.
