A data scientist with a strategist's mindset—not only building dashboards but using\-them to tell stories and predict trends. A critical thinker and master communicator who challenges the status quo and is obsessed with uncovering the "why" behind the numbers, with a sharp focus on the financial and payments markets. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related fields; prior experience as a Market Intelligence Analyst; proficiency in data analysis and research tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL; ability to transform raw data into actionable insights; strong communication skills to clearly present and explain complex information. Hands-on profile and fluent English are essential. Desirable: Experience with advanced data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI; advanced Excel skills; data cross-referencing; identification of opportunities, gaps, and trends; self-management of agenda; strategic and process-oriented mindset; proven experience building predictive models and market analyses that guided business decisions in fintechs.
