**Location:** Butantã / Osasco / Raposo Tavares \- SP **Job Mission** Coordinate, monitor, and control corrective and preventive maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and machinery. Develop work procedures and maintenance plans to identify operational and functional deficiencies and meet infrastructure (utilities) requirements. Maintain machines and equipment in productive availability condition. **Key Responsibilities** \- Coordinate the maintenance team, delegating and distributing tasks; \- Develop and implement the overall preventive and corrective maintenance plan; \- Maintain appropriate conditions for various equipment and control component wear under controlled conditions; \- Schedule and supervise installation services involving machine and equipment improvement, layout adaptation, and electro-hydraulic-pneumatic installations, aiming to expand and enhance equipment capacity and productivity; \- Schedule machine shutdowns for preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize non-productive equipment time; \- Schedule services related to minor installations, maintenance or improvement works in factory and office building facilities; \- Select and hire third-party services for equipment repairs, based on technical evaluation, market research, and cost-benefit analysis; \- Develop projects for new devices for machines and equipment; \- Research and request registration of new maintenance materials for inclusion in inventory items and procurement systems; \- Supervise receipt and inspection of maintenance materials, ensuring compliance with specifications; \- Evaluate team performance to ensure service efficiency; \- Support production management; \- Prepare and participate in Maintenance Critical Analyses, based on OEE and factory downtime, presenting monthly reports on equipment performance and action plans. **Technical Competencies** · Knowledge of blow molding processes. · Knowledge of extrusion or screen printing. · Technical knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and industrial electronics. · Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics. · Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) and ERP (integrated management software). · Advanced Excel; Power BI. Education: Completed Bachelor's degree — Engineering or related fields preferred.
