The project aims to provide quality of life and infrastructure for its residents. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in civil construction, mechanical, and hydraulic areas, for operations in the city of Parnamirim / RN. Previous experience as Maintenance Assistant, Maintenance Technician, General Services Assistant, or Maintenance Operator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed high school **Experience:** Prior experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: 2\.277,26 * On-site meal * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Birthday day off Medical and dental plan with co-payment (after probation period). **Additional Information:** * Contract type: Permanent \- On-site. * Duration: Full-time * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
