Job Summary: A professional responsible for executing the production plan on conventional machining equipment, ensuring precision and quality while seeking continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Machining of serial parts with high precision and quality 2. Identifying and proposing improvements to production processes 3. Collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency The professional will be responsible for executing the production plan on conventional machining equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and perform machining of serial parts and parts with variable geometry according to technical specifications, ensuring high precision and quality * Follow the production plan. * Identify opportunities for improving production processes and propose actions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and good manufacturing practices. * Collaborate with other departments, such as Maintenance, Quality, and Product Engineering, to ensure operational smoothness and efficiency. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Proactivity * Experience in serial production. * Prior experience in production using Conventional Milling Machines * Prior experience in production using Conventional Lathes **Optional Knowledge and Skills:** * Knowledge of CNC lathes (career advancement opportunity) **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel subsidy, Meal voucher. **Salary:** To be negotiated, based on candidate’s experience.
