Monitor import receipt and inventory control **Position: Logistics Analyst – Louveira/SP** **Job Description:** We are seeking an organized, proactive, and leadership-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics operations—from import receipt to order shipping—guaranteeing efficiency, control, and on-time delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and optimize **delivery routes** and pickups to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency. * Supervise **order picking, verification, and shipping**, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process. * Monitor **import receipt**, managing documentation, verifying invoices, and integrating data into the system. * Perform **new product registration**, generate codes, and update inventory control spreadsheets. * Maintain control over **inventory, receipts, and shipments**, supporting the operational team daily. * Prepare and analyze **logistics reports in Excel**, including performance indicators (lead time, accuracy, costs, etc.). * Support and lead the department team, fostering a collaborative and organized environment. * Interact with internal departments (procurement, sales, finance) and freight carriers to ensure seamless processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **route coordination, distribution logistics, and shipping**. * Experience with **import processes and goods receipt**. * Proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, inventory controls, and reporting). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. * Leadership profile and ability to work well in a team. * ERP system and **product registration** experience preferred. **Location:** Louveira/SP **Work Mode:** On-site Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
