Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed professional to conduct commercial and technical visits, provide sales support, and engage in strategic planning in veterinary medicine. Product promotion and team training Our mission is to recruit proactive, committed professionals with strong interpersonal skills to work full-time conducting commercial and technical visits to key market stakeholders (including, but not limited to, veterinary clinics and pet shops). **Your main responsibilities will be:** Direct reporting to the Regional Commercial Coordinator (C); Conducting technical and commercial visits and sales to selected clients; Providing all necessary technical support to sales teams, ensuring alignment with LdB guidelines; Executing action plans to guarantee company growth strategies as aligned with the Coordinator’s directives, as well as actively participating in developing such plans; Implementing planning and proposed activities in the CRM system, and monitoring KPI performance weekly through report development and interpretation; Technically promoting company products to market stakeholders. Coordinating and increasing product line penetration within your assigned customer portfolio, thereby broadening the product mix and engaging regional veterinarians to encourage prescription. Delivering training to client teams (sales and technical) — ensuring alignment and provision of necessary arguments for product presentation and deal closure; Conducting regular visits to customers in your portfolio (ABC) and monitoring product turnover, providing support and contributing to business growth. Monitoring and supporting the local distributor’s team, assisting with on-field sales closure; Covering regional events; Delivering veterinary clinical lectures; Supporting customer service (SAC); We are a laboratory with over 40 years of experience in veterinary medicine for small animals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine. Must reside in the Curitiba region. Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel. Activities will cover Curitiba, its metropolitan area, and certain inland regions of Paraná state.
