Furthermore, Eurofins is one of the leading emerging players in specialized clinical diagnostic testing in Europe and the U.S. Key group figures are approximately: Revenue of €3.8 billion, over 800 laboratories in 47 countries, and around 45,000 employees. **Job Description** ------------------------ **Perform the analytical techniques described in company procedures, as well as supporting activities (glassware washing, preparation of solutions and standards, segregation and disposal of waste), meeting deadlines, maintaining organization, and ensuring the safety and integrity of all personnel and assets.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform various analytical steps, including weighing and homogenization, for example; * Guide assistants and interns; * Communicate with the registration department (Login) regarding samples under processing; * Conduct proficiency testing assays under Analyst supervision; * Report any routine issues or material requirements to Analysts or Coordination; * Organize the laboratory for material preparation (solutions, buffers, culture media, standard solutions), temperature checks, and verification of solution and reagent expiry dates in use; * Enter information into the LIMS system; * Archive documents according to quality training guidelines; * Request corrective and preventive equipment maintenance from Analysts and/or Coordination; * Segregate and dispose of waste. * Perform other related duties as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. **OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Demonstrate attitudes consistent with Eurofins values – refer to the website or Integration Manual; * Comply with QSMS requirements (ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, ABNT NBR ISO 14001, and BS OHSAS 18001). * Commitment to continuous improvement, development of the quality, health, environment, and safety management system, and awareness of aspects/impacts and hazards/risks associated with one’s activities. **Qualifications** ----------------- **Behavioral Competencies:** Commitment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, discipline, proactivity, dynamism, punctuality, flexibility, and agility. **Required Education:** Completed technical course. **Additional Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree is an advantage. **Languages and Expected Proficiency:** * **Prior Experience (Type and Duration):** Up to 1 year of experience. **Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge relevant to one’s field of expertise and assigned tasks. **Leadership:** No people management responsibilities. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **Required:** Must hold an **active CRQ** or be available to activate one. Payment of an insalubrity allowance at 20%. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Working Hours: 07:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
