We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and kitchen organization, assisting with operational routines, ensuring food quality, kitchen hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre\-preparation and preparation (cutting, cleaning, portioning); * Support the kitchen team in plating dishes and preparing meals; * Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and areas; * Organize inventory, cold rooms, and pantries; * Follow hygiene, food safety, and good practices guidelines; * Assist in monitoring food expiration dates and proper storage.
