Job Summary: O Rei do Sushi is seeking a kitchen assistant to support various activities, from food preparation to organizing supplies, across different environments. Key Highlights: 1. Established in the market for over 10 years, O Rei do Sushi invites you to join and contribute as part of the team. **Possible duties performed in this role:** Providing kitchen support services across different units or work locations, as required by the company. Assisting in food preparation and pre-preparation, following hygiene and food safety standards. Cleaning utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas. Organizing and restocking supplies and other materials. Supporting meal assembly and distribution. Receiving, inspecting, and storing food items. Carrying out operational routines in various environments, adapting to the specific requirements of each service location. Collaborating with the team to ensure service quality and efficiency during mobile operations. **Desirable (but not mandatory):** Completed elementary education; agility and willingness to learn **Preferred qualifications (but not mandatory):** Prior experience in this role; availability to work at different locations when required; basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling **Requirements:** Organization, responsibility, and commitment Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Compensation: R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
