Job Summary: Assist in food preparation and plating, cleaning and organizing work areas and utensils, as well as collecting and identifying food samples. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, contributing to one stage of the production process; assist in plating; wash and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food plating and restocking. 5\. Wash and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Plate, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this task and under the supervision of the immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
