Job Summary: This position will assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, plating, sanitization of items, and collection of food samples under supervision, supporting production process stages. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with pre-preparation and preparation of menu items 2. Sanitization of kitchen utensils and environments 3. Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of the immediate supervisor to fulfill a stage in the production process; assist in plating; sanitize and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. Main Responsibilities: Food pre-preparation; Preparation of dinner and late-night salad dishes; Sanitization of utensils (sinks, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses); Kitchen sanitization; Restaurant sanitization. Requirements: Relevant work experience.
