Job Summary: The professional will operate and administer IP telephony infrastructure, configure systems, provide specialized technical support, and serve as the focal point in the area, driving improvements and ensuring service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and administer IP telephony infrastructure based on VoIP and SIP. 2. Configure and maintain telephony and IP-PABX systems. 3. Provide specialized technical support to internal and external customers. **Your typical day:**\- Operate and administer fixed IP telephony infrastructure based on VoIP technology and SIP protocol, ensuring service availability and stability;\- Configure and maintain telephony and IP-PABX systems, performing extension configuration, IVRs, call handling groups, dialing permissions, and call routing rules;\- Install, configure, and provide technical support for telephony equipment, including IP phones, ATAs, gateways, and PABX systems.                                          \- Provide specialized technical support to internal and external customers, operating in environments of varying complexity—from individual users to large enterprises;\- Open, track, and manage tickets with telephony providers, addressing incidents related to signal failures, dropped calls, number portability, and service outages; \- Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, operational procedures, and supporting materials; \- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers, promoting proper use of PABX systems and corporate telephony features; \- Serve as the telephony area’s focal point, driving continuous improvements, operational standardization, and ensuring communication service quality and availability.   **To succeed in this role, you must have:** \- Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Networking or related fields \- Experience or familiarity with IP-PABX (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX or similar), VoIP call architecture, and signaling;\- Proactive problem-solving skills;\- Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including on-call duty);\- Hybrid work model.
