If you are organized, proactive, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy working in dynamic environments, this opportunity may be right for you. **Location:** Boituva/SP **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) Main Responsibilities ✅ Perform freight and fiscal document regularization processes; ✅ Complete regularization forms, submit supporting evidence for management approval, and monitor the workflow until accounting entry; ✅ Guide carriers on correct issuance of fiscal documents (CT\-e, NF\-e, and MDF\-e); ✅ Train newly approved carriers; ✅ Issue freight orders and monitor process execution; ✅ Analyze documents received from carriers and perform necessary follow-up actions; ✅ Prepare monitoring reports for internal departments; ✅ Participate in alignment meetings with Tax, Logistics, and Distribution Center teams; ✅ Support testing and validation in the certification environment; ✅ Monitor and resolve pending issues related to transportation and billing. Requirements ✔ Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; ✔ Intermediate Excel proficiency; ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ✔ Knowledge of transportation and billing logistics processes; ✔ Basic knowledge of transportation fiscal documentation (CT\-e, NF\-e, and MDF\-e); ✔ ERP experience (SAP is considered a plus).
