Support and management of employee medical certificates **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection; * Organizational Climate Survey (administration, analysis, and action plan for improvement); * Exit interviews and indicator analysis; * Probationary period evaluations; * Employee support; * Internal marketing; * Medical certificate management and system updates. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields). * 1 to 2 years of experience in HR. **Job Location:** Presidente Prudente * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
