This position focuses on executing and monitoring payroll, vacation, labor charges, benefits, and other departmental processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation, internal procedure adherence, and support for employees and managers. Location: Parque Brasília Business Center — SIG Block 1 Starting Salary: R$ 1\.985,51 Benefits: Meal allowance of R$ 33.00 per day, transportation allowance, and one paid day off. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. We seek an analytical, responsible, and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with calculations, verifications, and controls, as well as possessing strong communication skills for employee support and cross-departmental coordination. Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processing, and Excel is essential, along with interest in contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
