ProWay is seeking a Junior Commercial Analyst to focus on customer relationship management, business opportunity prospecting, and supporting the growth of our corporate training programs and solutions. This role is essential to strengthening our commercial operations, contributing to new business generation, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their journey. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and relationship management via phone, WhatsApp, email, and digital channels; * Identify, prospect, and qualify commercial opportunities; * Support negotiations, solution presentations, and enrollment/project closures; * Update and organize information in CRM and internal systems; * Track leads and opportunities through the sales funnel; * Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and contracts; * Support marketing and internal teams in commercial campaigns and initiatives; * Monitor commercial KPIs and performance results; * Assist with administrative tasks related to the commercial process; * Cover on-call shifts and operational demands as needed. **Requirements and Desired Profile:** * Communicative, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication; * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or commercial roles; * Familiarity with active prospecting and lead tracking; * Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar); * Ability to manage multiple tasks and track processes efficiently; * Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and consultative mindset; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Experience in education, training, or services is desirable. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday — business hours — on-site. * On-call shift: 1 Saturday per month (7:30 AM to 7:00 PM) **Salary and Benefits:** * Fixed salary * Performance-based variable compensation (commission) * Meal voucher or food allowance * Nationwide health insurance plan with no co-payment * Dental insurance plan with no co-payment * Education assistance for undergraduate or graduate studies * Fully free ProWay training programs * Company-provided mobile phone * Annual profit-sharing program (PPR) * Life insurance * Transportation allowance or covered parking * Various partnerships and discount agreements (e.g., Sesc, associations, etc.) **Learn About ProWay:** Discover more about ProWay and take a virtual tour of our space: https://www.proway.com.br/a\-proway\-tour **Privacy and Data Protection:** By applying to this position, you consent to the use of your personal data for recruitment and selection purposes.
