Experience in consulting firms or service outsourcing companies **Responsibilities:** * Support administrative activities in the operational and events departments; * Monitor active contracts to ensure coverage for absences and service continuity; * Provide support during the onboarding process of employees for events; * Manage, order, and distribute uniforms to service providers; * Contact and support suppliers as needed; * Record payments in the system; * Monitor and support employees regarding their contracts, ensuring compliance and organization; * Perform other tasks related to the department. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree; * Flexible availability for working hours; * Strong communication skills, clear diction, and proactive attitude; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Reside in or have easy access to Boa Viagem; * ***Experience in consulting firms or service outsourcing companies.*** **Salary and Benefits:** R$ 2.200 + transportation allowance + meal allowance R$ 21.50 (per workday) + health and dental insurance (50% covered by employee and 50% covered by employer after 3 months of experience).
