JAVA DEV LEAD Engineer (Advanced English)

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Lead Engineer to oversee technical projects, guide engineering teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills to drive innovation and excellence across all engineering efforts for: \- Leading the design, development, and deployment of complex engineering projects. \- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional teams. \- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. \- Ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, code quality, and performance standards. \- Conducting code reviews, architecture discussions, and in-depth technical deep dives. \- Managing project timelines, risks, and resources to ensure on-time delivery. \- Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to foster continuous improvement, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. \- 9+ years of software/hardware engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. \- Ability to write secure code in two or more languages (e.g., C, C\+\+, C\#, Java, JavaScript, COBOL, SQL). \- Experience building scalable, multithreaded applications using Core Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Hibernate/JPA, Maven/Gradle, PL/SQL, and Unix/Shell scripts, deployed on Tomcat/PCF. \- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and native cloud development (PCF, AWS). \- Practical experience writing JUnit test cases and working with Maven/Ant/Gradle and Git. \- Solid understanding of Java/microservices design patterns and industry best practices. \- Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. \- Practical knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium, Rest\-Assured, TestNG, and Postman. \- Experience working with Agile methodologies. \- Advanced skills in Java 17\+, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate. \- Experience working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and making independent decisions.
