Will you join us on this journey? ​**Job Location:** Eusébio \- CE **Job Responsibilities:** * **​**Administer and monitor physical and virtual servers, ensuring availability, performance, and security of environments; * Manage network infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls; * Administer PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, performing monitoring, backup, and data recovery; * Identify and resolve critical incidents, conducting root cause analysis and preventive actions; * Administer virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper\-V, Proxmox, or KVM), ensuring service continuity; * Implement and oversee information security practices, vulnerability management, and access control; * Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and contingency plans; * Apply ITIL best practices, supporting incident, change, and continuous infrastructure improvement processes; * And other related duties. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Solid experience in IT infrastructure administration and support; * Experience with Data Center (Colocation) environments and hybrid infrastructure; * Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V, Proxmox, or KVM); * Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP); * Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL database administration; * Knowledge of networking (VLANs, VPNs, routing, and firewalls); * Knowledge of information security, vulnerability management, and access control (IAM); * Experience with backup routines and disaster recovery (DR); * Preferred: Knowledge or ITIL v4 certification; * Preferred: Certifications in infrastructure, virtualization, or information security (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA Security\+, ISO 27001, etc.); * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility; * Analytical capability for problem solving. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Company Shuttle Service; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * TotalPass; * Life Insurance.
