Job Summary: Service Sales Representative responsible for proactive client prospecting, customer service, contact management, and contract closing to achieve sales targets. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented mindset and teamwork Position: Service Sales Representative Responsibilities: Proactive prospecting of clients for service sales; Customer service and guidance regarding offered services; Efficient management and routing of phone calls and e\-mails; Scheduling of meetings and commercial appointments; Maintenance and updating of contact and negotiation records in the system; Lead follow-up and closing of strategic contracts; Collaboration with the team to achieve established targets. Technical Requirements: Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus); Sales experience, preferably in the legal or services sector; Basic computer and CRM system knowledge; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Negotiation and persuasion skills; Proactivity, organization, and results orientation. Desired Skills: Outstanding customer service; Ease working in teams; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to handle objections and close sales; Resilience and adaptability.
