Job Summary: We are seeking an Intermittent Store Assistant to delight customers throughout the sales process, handling purchase completion, payment collection, and department organization. Organize the department and display windows We are looking for an Intermittent Store Assistant to join our outstanding Renner Stores team! The mission of the Intermittent Store Assistant is to prioritize the customer—both in sales and in the sales closing process—with full commitment to exceeding their needs and delivering effective solutions that surprise and delight them. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Delight customers during the sales process by providing attentive and supportive service whenever needed; * Assist customers during purchase completion; * Collect payments and perform cash register opening and closing procedures; * Carry out daily restocking and department organization tasks; * Support labeling products with prices and codes in inventory; * Assist customers in fitting rooms; * Organize the sales area and display windows according to merchandising standards; * Encourage customers leaving the store to share feedback on their experience via the Encantômetro; * Provide general public service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to work 8 hours per day exclusively on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday); * Completed high school education; * Enjoy interacting with the public; * Passion for fashion; * Proficiency with digital tools. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
