THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food voucher for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 5039\.75 **UNIT:** Rua Vereador Jose Nanci, Parque Jacatuba \| Santo André SP \- 09290415 **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers instruction on theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the function’s specialty, aligned with the educational axes defined by the institution; also facilitates students’ learning processes during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering instruction to youth or adults in the following curriculum areas: Portuguese Language, Writing, Interpersonal Relationships, Motivation, Leadership, Human Resource Management, Administration, and/or Finance. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature directly related to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
