As a Human Resources Analyst \- Benefits, your main responsibilities will include:
* Manage and validate company benefits, verifying and releasing payments to service providers via the Finance Department;
* Manage monthly benefits billing (verifications, allocations, postings, and approvals).
* Manage benefits enrollment changes: additions, deletions, and updates with providers.
* Manage and monitor benefits: health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, private pension, Gympass, transportation allowance, meal allowance, and food allowance.
* Onboard new employees.
* Support employees by addressing inquiries and clarifying questions regarding benefits.
* Verify payroll deductions and validate information for payroll processing.
* Monitor KPIs and prepare managerial reports for the benefits area.
* Support negotiations, contract renewals, and relationship management with brokers and providers.
* Organize internal initiatives, campaigns, and the Benefits Fair.
* Update manuals, procedures, and internal communications related to benefits.
* Support benefits-related projects.
We expect you to have the following technical competencies:
* Management of voluntary and mandatory welfare benefits;
* Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel);
* Payroll Systems (Sênior System);
We expect you to hold the following qualification:
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields.
