Job Summary: An HR professional to support recruitment processes, onboarding/offboarding, PPE management, spreadsheet control, and medical examinations. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in HR and recruitment processes The candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, interview and test scheduling, onboarding and offboarding, and PPE distribution. Responsibilities also include updating spreadsheets, monitoring payroll closures, managing medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and termination), recording medical certificates, and verifying third-party working hours. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, and a degree in Human Resources is desirable.
