People are the center of our organization, so we want to have the best with us. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct Training Needs Assessments with operational, administrative, and support teams. * Create, track, and ensure execution of the annual training plan for all plants. * Develop and deliver technical training programs. * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer\-specific training requirements. * Support internal and external audits, maintaining full traceability of training records. * Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees (Training \+ Welcome Kit). * Organize training sessions, classrooms, schedules, and required resources. * Manage quotations with Purchasing and MHS, ensuring cost\-effectiveness and budget control for all training initiatives. * Develop and monitor T\&D performance indicators. * Support quality management systems related to training (MOR, Risks \& Opportunities). * Prepare presentations for leadership and management review cycles. * Manage financial indicators for the department, when applicable. * Respond to M2S (People Pillar) audits regarding training requirements. * Support and respond to internal and external quality audits, including ISO \& IATF, ensuring full compliance with customer and system requirements. * Participate in team meetings and propose continuous improvements. * Train, supervise, and support the development of interns within the department. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree required. * Postgraduate degree (preferred). * Intermediate English. * Spanish (a plus). **Experience** * Previous experience in HR, Training \& Development, Quality, or OpEx. **Benefits** * Health \& dental plan * PRO * Welhub * Pharmacy card * Home office * On\-site meals Join us and become part of our global success story! **Equal Opportunity Statement** Iochpe\-Maxion maintains a written and widely distributed policy on equal employment opportunity.
