**Job Description** **Employment Type: CLT** **Requirements:** Experience as a graphic designer, social media specialist, video creation, and image editing featuring 2D and 3D characters. **Required Tools:** Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. **Responsibilities** * Image and character editing in 3D, 2D, photographs, logos, and other assets. * Digital illustration (creation and refinement of artwork in Photoshop and Illustrator), logo design, logo guidelines, brand guidelines, layout design, creation and development of commercial proposals, email marketing, banner artwork, Instagram and Facebook artwork, social media content, web design artwork, and social media posts—according to received instructions. * Collaborate with the creative team during meetings, briefings, and brainstorming sessions to understand client needs. * Create and edit motion design videos. * Generate images, videos, and animations using artificial intelligence. * Knowledge of branding, rebranding, and brand concept development. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and autonomy to assume responsibilities. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality projects within the established timeframe. * Participate in the planning and execution of internal and external campaigns. * Ability to propose creative insights and innovation. * Collaborate in serving internal clients for briefings and creating artwork for requested media. * Be communicative and maintain positive relationships with our clients. * Develop marketing creatives and craft social media post copy using strategic social media techniques; **Preferred Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields; * Video and animation creation and/or editing skills; * Illustration abilities; * Knowledge of Web Design. * Knowledge of 3D modeling. * Familiarity with AI tools for design, video, and text generation. * Tools: Midjourney, Blender, Canva, Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite. * Motion Design. * Languages: English. **Starting Salary (to be negotiated): R$** **2\.650,00 initially** **Meal Allowance:** R$43.00 per day **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM **Work Modality:** **100% Remote** **Computer Provided by the Company.** **Communication Platforms:** Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp **Probation Period:** 45 days, with possibility of extension up to 12 months. **Compensation:** R$2\.500,00–R$2\.650,00 per month **Benefits:** * Meal allowance **Work Location:** Remote
